I rode rollers in my living room tonight for Blade Runner. I guess that doesn't make sense. You can't really express time in that type of form. That's like saying, "We drank for $8.00 worth of the juke-box." Blade Runner was fun though, it made me not want to ride my bicycle down the stairs hoping for a quick, painless death due to apathy. The weather may actually break a little this weekend to allow for some time on the real road. Not the fake road that is made of hardwood instead of pavement. And spin out those legs boys and girls. Last night I made the mistake of grinding out an hour and a half at about 60 rpm without any type of cool down. My legs felt like 35 pound
Hickory Farm style meat sticks when I woke up this morning.
I'm starting to get an idea of the events I want to do this coming season. I registered for the
Leesburg Bakers Dozen on the advice of
Mr. Mahokey. Single speed solo. It's probably a bad idea, but at least it'll give me something to write about.

Right on! I will be registering as soon as I get some dough in the piggy. Not much climbing there. Gear appropriately.
